Situated in the old railway turntable is our Wee Willie Winkle take away fish and chip shop, alongside the fish market and a our main restaurant upstairs.
Fish comes straight off the boats onto your plate, our outside terrace area provide a perfect location for to stop and enjoy a light bite to eat in the sun after a stroll around the harbour, or alternatively, the heated indoor eating area offers a welcome escape from the cold wind off the sea.
Visitors to the Wee Willie Winkle’s Kitchen at South Quay can enjoy an even more aquatic experience, following the installation of a new indoor water display - inspired by the Whitstable’s famous oysters, the fountain has large pearls which are lit up against a wall of water and mirrors.
